There are countless aspects that you need to consider before buying a home, and even before organising to purchase a property. The team at Pitard Group have compiled a list of some important questions you may wish to ask yourselves prior to visiting our business. These include:

Price
When considering price, you must think about your budget - what is your highest and limit, and what would you ideally love to pay for your property at the end of the road? Be sure to stick strictly to a realistic limit, as spending too much can dangerous.

Size
How big do you want your home and land to be? Do you require plenty of space for your children or hobbies, or simply something small and neat? Size can be an important element of a home - especially for those with a large family.

Capacity
How many bedrooms and bathrooms will you need? The number of individuals living in your home will give you a rough idea of the capacity you will require - however often people have alternative preferences, such as guest rooms and spare rooms.

Recreation
Do you and your family require more than one living area, or perhaps a rumpus room? Do you require a study or office in your home? Space for a pool table, bar or piano is also a consideration if necessary.

Special Features

Amenities
It is essential for some individuals and families that they are close by to schools, kindergartens, day care facilities, parks, public transport, shopping centres and entertainent venues.
